We developed a communications strategy for Nowgen’s public debate series, including teaser emails and fliers, as well as attention-grabbing posters placed at strategic sites across the north west. We also provided Nowgen staff with training in telephone skills to make the most of every phone contact with potential attendees. Nowgen gained the necessary skills, experience and confidence to go on to promote its well-attended debate series itself, without the need to rely on external agencies.

Attendance more than doubled following our involvement, with the proportion of new attendees also significantly increasing.
