We surveyed over 200 of Halo’s international retailers to predict the effect of a proposal to containerise the supply chain, that is, to only process orders for full container loads. We used retailer feedback to model the expected financial impact of containerisation, as well as to develop guidance on the best ways to manage and communicate the transition to containerisation.

Following our presentation to the Board, Halo made the decision to implement containerisation, offering attractive terms of business to retailers to encourage them to amalgamate their orders.
