When the British Land team wanted to create a new website for the 7,000 people who work on its Regent's Place estate, they asked us to find out what information the website should offer.
We interviewed senior members of the management team, reviewed feedback from their occupiers, analysed user statistics for other property management websites and identified examples of best practice.
The outcome is a website that has been well-received by occupiers, is helping to build the Regent’s Place brand and is achieving positive user statistics.
Following the success of this project, British Land asked us to help it to scope out a website for another major London office estate.
I have worked with Commercial Inspirations on a number of corporate and technical projects for British Land over the last two years, and have been especially impressed with their proactive, commercial and client-focused approach.
