We carried out a nationwide survey of 40 depots, each exhibiting different performance characteristics. We then used the findings of this piece of work to create a model that accurately predicted depot revenues. We also identified best practice examples that Speedy Hire could apply to under-performing depots to increase revenue.

Our predictive model achieved an impressive 97% correlation with actual performance.

The work provided a useful tool to understand depot success.
