We worked with Alliance Manchester Business School’s internal teams and external stakeholders to boost recruitment to its MBA programme, without increasing marketing spend.
Successful interventions included a more strategic approach to MBA events, improvements to the school’s website, tailored case studies and dashboard performance reports that empowered the team to drive further improvements.
Attendance at open days increased by 50%, with new interactive sessions run by the teaching faculty proving particularly popular. All candidates stated that the open day had increased their likelihood of enrolling, contributing to recruitment success.
