What makes Commercial Inspirations leaps ahead of everyone else is how they always work to understand our thinking and to challenge us, improving what we’re doing all the time. As we evolve, they’re already thinking about how best to communicate that to our audiences, internal and external. They add so much value and are a pleasure to work with.”Head of Social Sustainability at British Land
When British Land wanted to understand the biggest issues and opportunities in communities around its places, it turned to Commercial Inspirations.
We explored social and economic challenges around 25 of British Land’s places across the UK. This involved interviewing more than 50 stakeholders, investigating Indices of Multiple Deprivation data, NOMIS employment statistics and ONS population estimates, and reviewing local authority strategies.
We then led workshops to share findings and support British Land in identifying priority themes for each of its places. People across the business are now incorporating these into decision making. This is opening opportunities for communities and growing social value. We are proud to have won British Land’s Consultant of the Year Award.
